Arnold Finch

Arnold Ray Finch, 73, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 8, 2024.

Arnold resided permanently in Brenham for the last 9 years. He is retired from the Sugar Land Fire Department where he served for 25 years. He was the first full time fireman in Sugar Land and the first Assistant Chief. He also served as station chief and an EMS trainer.

He is survived by daughter and son in law, Heather and Andy Timmons, his son Truett Finch and 5 grandchildren. He is also survived by his loving companion and business partner Ella Lossow.

Arnold was an antique dealer and luthier. He was a brilliant man with a great gift of knowledge and his many talents and interest included; restoring muscle cars, electronics, clocks and master carpentry.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be scheduled after the first of the year.
