Beatrice Cravens Applewhite, 94, of Brenham, the widow of Sidney Wallace Applewhite, II, died Aug. 20, 2006. Visitation will be from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23 at Memorial Oaks Chapel. The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 24 at Memorial Oaks Chapel. A complete obituary will be printed Wednesday. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., in Brenham.
