Beulah Lee Neal Baten, 73, of Burton, wife of T. Keith Baten, passed away October 9, 2008 at her residence. Mrs. Baten was born September 16, 1935 in Conroe, Texas to Johnnie Wilbur Sr. and Della Lola Stanford Neal. She was baptized May 30, 1959 in Central Church of Christ in Houston, TX. On December 6, 1969, she married T. Keith Baten in Houston. She worked as a secretary. Mrs. Baten was a member of the Church of Christ in Giddings, Texas. Survivors include sons, W.A. Billy McGlaun III and wife Carol of Early, Texas and Jason Lee McGlaun and wife Daeng of Ingleside, Texas; daughters: Rosemarie Proctor and husband Bobby of Ft. Worth, and Pamela Murski and husband Tom of Brenham; grandchildren Willie McGlaun IV and wife Melinda; Aaron McGlaun, Robert Proctor, Russell Proctor and wife Nickie; Ryan Proctor, and wife Cassie, Christopher McGlaun, Michael McGlaun, Ying McGlaun Morgan and husband Chris; Will Murski and Zachary Murski; great-grandchildren: Zyler Proctor, Lillyanne Proctor, Lillian Morgan, and Rowan Murski; brothers and sisters-in-law: Johnnie and Patsy Neal of Coleman; James Neal of Montgomery; Sando and Janice Neal of Conroe; sister-in-law Nora Neal of Montgomery; sisters: Wilma Jo Mallow of Montgomery, and Shirley Gene Glasgow of Conroe. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Ada Mae Neal and Gladys Faye Wojick; brothers: David Edger Neal and Erwin Charles Neal. Funeral services for Beulah Lee Neal Baten will be held on Monday, October 13 at 10:00 a.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel in Brenham. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery in Burton. Visitation will be Sunday, October 12 beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel in Brenham. Active pallbearers are William Alfred McGlaun III, Jason Lee McGlaun, William Alfred McGlaun IV, Aaron Dwayne McGlaun, Ryan Lee Proctor, Sando Alfred Neal and John Neal. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Bobby Proctor, Tom Murski, Robert Proctor, Russell Proctor, Zachary Murski, Michael McGlaun, Christopher McGlaun, and Chris Morgan.
