Brian Faithauer

Brian Alan "YoYo" Faithauer, 28, of Chappell Hill, TX, died in a motorcycle accident April 25, 2015, in Brenham, TX. A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at the Nelsonville Brethren Church with Bro. Mike Groseclose officiating. Interment will be in the National Cemetery near Nelsonville, at a later date. Brian was born May 30, 1986, to Rita Ann Mikeska and Charles William Faithauer. He was baptized on Oct. 12, 1986 by Rev. Albert Michalak in the Nelsonville Brethren Church. He attended the Brenham schools. He enjoyed any and all things that could be done outdoors. He wasn''t much for sitting in the house. At the time of his death he was employed by Allstar Restaurant Repair. Brian is survived by his daughter, Sadie Briann Faithauer of Brenham; mother, Rita Mikeska of Chappell Hill; father, Charles Faithauer and Lisa Leverett of Brenham; sister, Alysha Younse and fiancé Lester Penny of Brenham; brothers, Patrick Faithauer and girlfriend Caitlin Boyle of Cypress, James "Ben" Hough of Brenham and Justin Faithauer of College Station; grandfather, Pat Mikeska of Bleiblerville; nieces, Jessica Younse of San Antonio and MaKayla Penny of Brenham; his godparents, Angie Johnson of Austin and Granville and Ethel Leonard of England; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Brian was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Glenn Mikeska; grandmother, Jean Mikeska; grandparents, Herbert and Linda Mae Faithauer; and uncle, Kenneth "Kenny" Mikeska. Honorary pallbearers will be Renee Krueger, Darrell Drews, Ronnie Jankowiak, Keith Hamilton and Brian Maynard. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sadie Briann Faithauer Trust Fund at Chase Bank, 303 N. Market St., Brenham, TX 77833 or to Nelsonville Brethren Church.
