Carl Kolajajak

Carl Ray Kolajajak, 59, of Chappell Hill, died November 25, 2013, at his residence. Mr. Kolajajak was born September 19, 1954, in Houston, TX, to Leon John and Stephanie Verna Jozwiak Kolajajak. He was a graduate of Waltrip High School. Mr. Kolajajak was a machinist for Daniel Industries for 38+ years. A loving father and grandfather, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, barbecue cookoffs with his family, being outdoors and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a dedicated member of the Chappell Hill Fire Department. Survivors include his father, Leon Kolajajak of Houston; sons, Mathew Kolajajak and special friend Lauren Cook of Brenham and Richard Kolajajak and wife Delta of New Ulm; grandchildren, Kayree Kolajajak and Korbin Kolajajak; brother, David Kolajajak of Houston; nieces, Megan and Natalie Kolajajak, and numerous aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his mother, Stephanie Kolajajak, and brother, James Kolajajak. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be directed to Chappell Hill Fire Department, Hospice Brazos Valley or AMA Healthcare. The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Simons, as well as to the staff of AMA Healthcare for their loving, and compassionate care.
