Carol Tracy

Carol Tracy, 93, of Brenham, died Feb. 13, 2006, at Trinity Medical Center in Brenham. Mrs. Tracy was born March 7, 1912, in Fort Worth, TX, to William and Beulah Fisher Fleet. She was educated in San Jacinto School in Houston. On Sept. 12, 1933, she was married to John Dick Tracy in Houston. Mrs. Tracy was a faithful and active member of First United Methodist Church of Brenham and was an active member of the Eastern Star. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, John and Joan Tracy of Houston; granddaughter, Jenny Tracy of Houston; grandson, Jason Tracy and wife Charlotte of Kingsville; and great-grandson, Hayden Tracy. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Dick Tracy; and a brother. Visitation with the family will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15 in Memorial Oaks Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 16 at Prairie Lea Cemetery in Brenham with Rev. Wesley Welborn officiating. Memorials may be given to First United Methodist Church in Brenham. Special thanks to Cindy Wells and Kim Limmer for their love and concern.
