Cheryl Ponfick

Cheryl Ann Ponfick, 52, of Brenham, passed away July 30, 2009 at Trinity Medical Center. Chery was born October 12, 1956 in Brenham to Alfred Sonny and ruby Wolff Ponfick. She was baptized in Brenham on April 21, 1957. Cheryl loved to go to LCL/WC where she was happy to be with other clients and go on outings. She was content to stay at home where she could enjoy her cokes, pen and papers, T-shirts and cups and glasses. She loved watching ball games on television. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, aunts, and uncles. Survivors include aunts Iva Wolff of La Grange, Dorothy Ponfick of Burton, Tex and Peggy Ponfick of Brenham, who was her caretaker. Funeral services for Cheryl Ann Ponfick will be held Monday, August 3, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Burial will follow at Prairie Lea Cemetery. Her cousins will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are the clients and staff of LCC/WC. Memorials may be given to LCC/WC, 605 E. Blue Bell Road, Brenham, Tx. 77833 or to a charity of your choice.
