Cort Costello

Cort Edward Costello, 44, of Brenham, died Sept. 17, 2007, at Trinity Medical Center in Brenham. Mr. Costello was born Nov. 29, 1962, in Weymoth, Massachusetts, to Timothy Francis and Deanna Pedersen Costello. He served in the U.S. Navy. On May 29, 1997, he was married to Bobbye Dale Taylor in Houston. Mr. Costello was a member of St. Mary s Catholic Church. He was employed as a mechanic for the Houston Fire Department and was a member of the Prairie Hill Fire Department and Meyersville Fire Department. Survivors include his wife, Bobbye Dale Costello of Brenham; son, Kevin Scott Eastin of Brenham; father and stepmother, Timothy and Margaret Costello of Penbrooke, Massachusetts; mother and stepfather, Deanna and O. Dean McWilliams of Hendersonville, North Carolina; sister, Erin Michelle Pressley of Hendersonville, North Carolina; nephews, Shaun and Joey Pressley; aunt and uncle, Genevieve and William Bill Sawyer of Braintree, Massachusetts; and stepsister, Georgia Ruth Cooke of Pennbrooke, Massachusetts. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and uncle, Jeremiah Costello. The family received visitors from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 22 at Memorial Oaks Chapel. A graveside service was held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 22 at Independence Cemetery at Independence.
