Cuc Tran

Cuc Thu Tran, 84, of Brenham, died May 17, 2007, in West Houston Medical Center in Houston. Mrs. Tran was born Nov. 10, 1922, in Quang Tri, Vietnam. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Loc Duong and Duy Anh of Australia, Minh Duong and Ha Phan of Houston and Dung Duong and Diane Dang of Houston; one daughter and son-in-law, Lan Duong and Dong Lam of Canada; one brother, Ly Van Nguyen of Brenham; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vinh Duong. The family will receive visitors from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, May 19 at Memorial Oaks Chapel. The funeral service will be held at noon Sunday, May 20 at Memorial Oaks Chapel. The graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Sunday at Prairie Lea Cemetery in Brenham. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., in Brenham.
