Dana Duewall

Dana Michael Duewall, 46, of Wichita Falls, Texas, died Sept. 15, 2004, at his residence. Mr. Duewall was born Dec. 17, 1957, in La Grange, Texas, to Lee Alfred and Johnelle Bradley Duewall. He was a 1976 graduate of Brenham High School and a 1978 graduate of Blinn College. He was a recent graduate of Midwestern University in Wichita Falls, with a bachelor s degree in nursing science. He was employed as a registered nurse at United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls. He was preceded in death by his father, Lee Alfred Duewall; and his wife, Marianne Lisa Duewall. Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Johnelle and Don Kasprowicz of Brenham; sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Dewain Smith of Savannah, Georgia; brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Lois Duewall of Comfort and Matthew Douglas and Yvonne Duewall of Pearland; nephews, Paul Smith and Stephen and James Duewall; nieces, Mary Henning, Anne Elizabeth Smith, Lydia Worden and Jennifer Christy; uncle, Douglas Murphy and wife Nadine of Austin; aunts, Lydia Duewall and Bess Duewall, both of Caldwell; four great-nephews; and numerous other relatives. Public visitation will begin at noon on Saturday, Sept. 18 in Memorial Oaks Chapel. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 19 in Memorial Oaks Chapel. Burial will be in College Station City Cemetery in College Station. Pallbearers will be Moody Fred Duewall, Charles Marek, Kenneth Tharp, Norris McManus, Edward Duewall, Dennis Urbanosky, Matthew Douglas Duewall and David Duewall. Memorials may be given to the American Heart Association or a favorite charity. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., in Brenham.
