Darrell Palousek

Darrell Lynn Palousek, 67 of Dallas, Tx passed away on May 14, 2021 in Plano, TX.  Visitation will be on Friday, May 21, 2012 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 11:00 am at Memorial Oaks Chapel with Pastor Jill Vivroux officiating. Burial will follow at Prairie Lea Cemetery.

Darrell was born on November 6, 1953 to Lillian L. (Sommerfield) and John J. Palousek in Pasadena, TX. He owned an air conditioner repair business which was an industry he had been a part of since he was a teenager.

Darrell loved to go off roading with his wife Marla in Oklahoma. They went in his truck “Big Purple”, and you needed an elevator to get in it and a parachute to get out. He loved socializing and was always the life of the party. He like to partake of wine from the local wineries. He was a collector of baseball caps. He always supported our Military and First Responders. He loved his cat “Buddy”.

Darrell is survived by his brother, Kenneth Michalk of Brenham; Sister, Joyce Palousek of Brenham; Niece, Chrissy Yoder of Austin and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Marla (Morgan) Palousek.
