Dollie Waters

The Lord decided that He needed Dollie in Heaven to aid in the proper training of new angels. She was called home November 16, 2009 at approximately 0630. She was comfortable, at peace, and went to be with the Lord unafraid. Dollie was sent to earth November 26, 1948 to help all those who she met, especially her husband, to be better and loving people. She has done that, with and for many, and now her task is complete. She leaves behind her husband, Richard; her parents, Keith and Elizabeth Twiggs; her sister, Oma Mills, widow of Robert Mills; niece, Jenny Mills, all of Brenham, Texas; her sister, Donna Mann and brother-in-law, Robert Mann of Kingwood, Texas and their children. Also surviving are her spouse½s children who she held and loved as close as if they were her own to include son, Michael Sean Waters and wife Nancy Allen Waters and their children Crystal and Nevan Waters; daughter Kim Colleen Waters and her mate of 20 years, Jimi Hacker, and their children Ciara and Samantha Hacker, all of Indianapolis, Indiana. Her final statement in her will to her friends, acquaintances and family was ½Do not be sad, have a party and celebrate what I have accomplished and the end of my pain.½ By her wish, there will be no viewing or funeral. When her cremated remains are ready, there will be a memorial for all who wish to attend.
