Donald Dippel

Donald Wayne Dippel, 59, of Brenham, passed away April 25, 2008 in Trinity Medical Center. Donald was born September 7, 1948 to Walter and Elsa Schmidt Dippel in Brenham, Texas. He was baptized at St. Paul''s Evangelical Lutheran Church. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Churach. Survivors include a brother, Alvin Dippel; sisters and brothers-in-law Delores and LeeRoy Winkelmann; Bernice and Charlie Rodenbeck; Alice and Melvin Schaefer, Janice and Sid Kapner, and Elaine Dippel; sister-in-law, Dorothea Dippel, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and by his brother, Eugene Dippel. Funeral services for Donald Wayne Dippel will be held Monday, April 28 at 10:00 a.m. at Brenham State School Chapel, with Rev.Jim Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow in Prairie Lea Cemetery. Visitation with family and friends will take place Sunday from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel.
