A member of Christ Lutheran Church, Donald enjoyed fishing, hunting, and looked forward to getting up each morning and drinking coffee with all of his friends at the coffee shop. He treasured the time he spent with his children and grandchildren, and especially looked forward to family vacations to Rockport and Matagorda with his family each summer. Taking fishing trips with his sons and fishing buddies and spending time with his brother were things he truly enjoyed.
