Doris Brinkmeyer

Doris V. Brinkmeyer, 72, wife of Roger Brinkmeyer, passed away February 24, 2008 in Grimes-St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Navasota. Mrs. Brinkmeyer was born March 7, 1935 to Joseph and Millie Grassmuck Wisnoski in Brenham, Texas. She was a 1953 graduate of Brenham High School and attended St. Mary''s Catholic Church. On December 27, 1953, she was married to Roger Brinkmeyer by Msg. Charles Wisnoski at St. Mary''s Catholic Church. Mrs. Brinkmeyer was a homemaker, and was employed by the Kerrville Bus Depot as a ticketing agent. She is survived by her husband, Roger Brinkmeyer of Brenham, and was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Anton Lewis Wisnoski. Funeral services for Doris Brinkmeyer will be held Wednesday, February 27 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary''s Catholic Church of Brenham, with Father Alberto Burrell, celebrant. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Thomas Brinkmeyer, Butch Ordner, Henry Gutierrez, B.R. Davis, Geoffrey Wills, Able Arriaga, Bob Bridges, Charlie Anderson, Tom Blandford and Andrew Tamayo. Memorials may be given to the Brenham Humane Services, P.O. Box 1059, Brenham, TX 77834.
