At St. John’s, Dorothy was a member of the Circle 2 women’s group. While she was a member of the church’s Sewing Circle, she helped in the making of many quilts for the community. The American Legion Auxiliary was another organization of which she was a part for many, many years.

People who knew Dorothy knew her to be quick witted, outspoken and guided by her sense of humor.

Pallbearers will be Jared Whitener, Kyle Whitener, Charles Hodde, Darrell Blum, Darrell Kieke and Blake Emmett. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jerry and Kathy Martin, Steve and Linsay Bubert and members of the St. John’s Sewing Circle.
