Edna Kramer Lehmann, 89, of Brenham, died Feb. 17, 2007, at her residence. Mrs. Lehmann was born Jan. 2, 1918, in Brenham, Washington County, Texas, to Fritz and Lena Ellerman Kramer. She was baptized and confirmed in St. John Lutheran Church of Prairie Hill and attended Prairie Hill School. On Nov. 19, 1939, she was married to Walter W. Lehmann in St. John Lutheran Church of Prairie Hill. Mrs. Lehmann was a member of St. John s Ladies Aid and Prairie Hill Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. She won numerous championships in quilting, baking, pickling and arts and crafts in the Washington County Fair Country Store. Mrs. Lehmann was a master chef and a superb mother, grandmother and great-grandmother GiGi. She is survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Nolan and Jeannie Lehmann and David and Mary Ann Lehmann; daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara Eldridge, Beverly and Terry Grace, Carol Arthur and friend Randy Davis, Rebecca and Kenneth Graeber and Shelley Lehmann; 11 grandchildren and their spouses, James and Brigitte Eldridge, Russell and Patricia Lindsay, Jeff and Paula Arthur, Matt and Cherane Arthur, Jason and Sharon Graeber, Bradley and Amanda Graeber, Ross and Meredith Graeber, Lee Lehmann, Sarah and Scott Berry, Michael and Catherine Lehmann and Ashley and Nicole Lehmann, 14 great-grandchildren, Tina and Paul Adam, Wyatt and Norah Lindsay, Anna Berry, Walter, Locke, Lillian and Sophia Lehmann, Lauren, Preston, Caleb and Berkleigh Arthur and Alila Graeber; brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert Kramer, Alfred and Gladys Kramer, Edgar and Clarice Kramer and Lorene Kramer; sisters and brother-in-law, Lydia Goessler, Verda and Robert Rogge, Mildred Richter and Helen Gottwald; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ed and Ann Lehmann; sisters-in-law, Ruth Wehmeyer, Evelyn Reue and Esther Herzog; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter W. Lehmann, on Oct. 29, 1999; two brothers, Otto Kramer and Charles Kramer; and son-in-law, James Eldridge. The family will receive visitors from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today at Memorial Oaks Chapel in Brenham. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 20 at St. John Lutheran Church of Prairie Hill with Pastor David Hansen officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbears will be James Eldridge, Russell Lindsay, Jeff Arthur, Matt Arthur, Jason Graeber, Bradley Graeber, Ross Graeber, Lee Lehmann, Sarah Berry, Michael Lehmann and Ashley Lehmann.
