Edwin Muehsler

Edwin Louis Muehsler, 53, of Brenham passed away January 22, 2024. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 26, 2024 at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Memorial Oaks Chapel, Lawrence Bade officiating, with burial at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Klein Memorial Park Cemetery, 32539 State Hwy 249, Pinehurst, Tx 77362

Edwin was born on June 22, 1970 in Frankfurt, Germany to Ruth Erika (Mayer) and Edwin Saunders Muehsler. He was married to Alicia Contreras Muehsler. He was always everyone's first call for help. He was a selfless man with a generous servant's heart, served on the Parks and Recreation Board, was a proud volunteer in the Brenham Community. He was a Scout Master for Troop 742 and had numerous Mentor Pins.

He is preceded in death by his father, Edwin Saunders Muehsler; grandparents, Edwin and Mary Ellen Muehsler and Fritz and Gretel Mayer.

He is survived by his wife, Alicia Muehsler; mother and step-father, Ruth and Charles Berry; son, Edwin Muehsler; son and daughter-in-law, Zachery and Leslie Muehsler; daughters, Amber Muehsler and Emaleigh Muehsler; grandson, Nicholai Hendrix. Brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Dana Berry; brother, Dennis Muehsler. Sister and brother-in-law, Cathy and Tanner Lewis. Sister-in-laws, Felicia Reyes, Angela Mendez, Debbie McMinn. Mother and father-in-law, Roland and Norma Contreras, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Chris and Amanda Planto. Nieces and nephews, Victoria and Manuel Calderon and Edward and Mary Reyes, Bryce, Brynn and Brea Planto, Erin and Kathryn Muehsler, Logan and Julia Lewis, Ryan, Jessica and Jacob Berry, Grant and Ashley Shaw and Marissa McMinn.

Pallbearers are Zach Muehsler, Dennis Muehsler, Chris Berry, Chris Planto, Bryce Planto, Riley Saunders, Tyler Lewis and Austin Cupit.
