Erma Smith

Erma Jean Smith, 65, of Brenham, died on March 23, 2010 in Trinity Medical Center. Born in Crower, Texas on September 13, 1944, Erma was the daughter of Scottie Smith, Sr. and Lela B. Williams Smith. She was a longtime resident of Brenham State Supported Living Center. Erma is survived by her brothers: Charles E. Smith, Robert Lee Smith, Roy Lee Smith, Troy Lee Smith and Elmer Smith. She is also survived by her sisters: Minnie Pearl Smith-Duren, Ella M. Smith-Chatham and Ada M. Smith-Flowers. Erma is further survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Ms. Smith is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Scottie Smith, Jr. and sisters: Corine Smith and Deloris Smith Niblett. A graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2010 in Oakwood Cemetery; Bryan, Texas. The family will receive guests prior to the service.
