Eunice Moon

Funeral services for Eunice Beatrice Moon, (Bea) 67, wife of Roger Moon, are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 5, 2015 at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Somerville, with Rev. Dan Davis officiating. Mrs. Moon passed away February 27, 2016 at her residence in Brenham.

Bea was born June 26, 1949 in Livingston, Kentucky to Bob and Jossie Brewer, the youngest of eight children. She met and married Jim Tomamichel from Milford Ohio. Jim & Bea lived several places in the NE residing in Milford last, when Jim passed away after 31 years of marriage. In 1994 Bea transitioned to Texas and married Roger Moon September 13th, 1997.

Bea loved the outdoors. She and Roger had a yard business for several years. Together they frequently hiked, fished and gardened. Singing was another passion of Bea''s. She sang at her church, nursing homes, Senior Citizen Center of Brenham, and just about anywhere her bluegrass tone was appreciated. Bea also taught children''s Sunday School and was always willing to help those in need. She will be missed by many.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Jim, brother Bud Brewer, sister Tommie Lovecicie, and a nephew Steve Farrer. Survivors are her beloved husband Roger of Brenham, brothers James Brewer, Scott Brewer and wife Marlene, sisters Jessie Mae Lee and husband Bennie, Jannie Powell, & Patty Brewer. Stepson Allen Moon and wife Shelly of Amarillo TX, 4 Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and her sweet dog "Dolly".
