Evelyn Eason

Evelyn Eason, 72, of Brenham, died Feb. 21, 2006, at her residence. Mrs. Eason was born Feb. 5, 1934, in La Grange, Texas, to John and Frances Janda Cernosek. Survivors include her beloved husband of 52 years, Don E. Eason of Brenham; son, Steve Eason; daughter Elise Webb and husband Ron; grandson, Ryan Webb; sister, Ellen Taylor and husband Ed; brother, Lawrence Cernosek and wife Jean; sister, Dorothy Robinson; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Gerald and Evelyn Franklin; and very special friends, Deborah Barton and Becky Mikolajczak. She was preceded in death by her son, Donny Eason III; and her parents, John and Frances Cernosek. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25 at Prairie Lea Cemetery in Brenham. Memorials may be given in Evelyn Eason s name to Brazos Valley Hospice. Service arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., in Brenham.
