Frances Holle Anderson, a dedicated grandmother, mother, and teacher, peacefully passed away on June 10, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Frances was born on February 24, 1935, in Washington, Texas, to Nelda and Charles Holle. She shared a close bond with her sister Bobbie Jean and brother Dennis.
She graduated from Brenham High School, Blinn College, and Sam Houston State University, and devoted her life to teaching.
Frances described her sons, Dean Alan, and Doyle Owen, as the “light of her life.” She is survived by her sons and daughters in law Dean and Jean Anderson and Doyle and Christee Anderson, as well as grandchildren Holle, Garrett Austin, Jillian, Scott, and great granddaughter Everly.
Her unwavering faith in Jesus and deep love for her family and friends were the cornerstones of her life. Her legacy of kindness, devotion and faith will live in our hearts forever.
Funeral services will be held at Friedens Church of Washington on Saturday, June 15th at 2:00 PM with Pastor Eric Dehmer officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather and celebrate her life.
