Frances Thompson

Frances Adella Thompson, 80 of Brenham, died August 1, 2005 in Kruse Memorial Lutheran Village. She was born February 19, 1925 in Tampa, FL to Frank & Anna Fernandez Mattern. Mrs. Thompson was a homemaker. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Woody & Leesa Thompson of Houston, Timmy Thompson of Brenham; her daughter & son-in-law, Resa & Mike Harrison of Aubrey; sister, Margaret Higgens of Orviedo, FL and three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Captain James E. Thompson, Jr., and her parents. Interment will take place at a later date in Beverly National Cemetery in Beverly, New Jersey. Memorials may be given to the Volunteer Services Council at Brenham State School, 4101 Hwy 36 South, Brenham, TX 77833.
