Frieda Zorn

Frieda Iselt Zorn, 95, of Brenham, died May 3, 2006, in Trinity Medical Center in Brenham. Mrs. Zorn was born July 19, 1910, in Loebau, Texas, to Herman and Ida Iselt. She was married to Harry Allen Zorn in Houston. Mrs. Zorn was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Brenham and was a wonderful cook and baker. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Charles Littrell of Brenham and Mary and Howard Lissie of Groves; grandchildren, Debbie, Dana, Denise, James, Dory and Michael; numerous great-grandchildren; and sister, Erna Krueger of Thorndale. Mrs. Zorn was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Allen Zorn. The family will receive visitors from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 4 in Memorial Oaks Chapel. The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 5 in Grace Lutheran Church with Pastors Matthew Jacobs officiating. The graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 5 in Woodlawn Cemetery in Houston. Memorials may be given to Trinity Medical Center or Grace Lutheran Church. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., in Brenham.
