Gayle Newman

Gayle Denise Newman of Sealy, TX passed away on August 16, 2024.

Gayle was born March 1, 1955 to Dennis Koch and Addie Odell Mitchell Koch in Brenham, TX.

Gayle is survived by her two sons Kevin and Casey Newman, as well as Casey's wife, Stephanie Newman and grandsons, Parker and Preston Newman, brother, Larry Joe Koch and wife, Carol, sister In-law, Connie Averitt and numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Gene Newman, her parents, Dennis and Odell Koch, her brother, Terry Koch and in-laws, Tommy and Louise Newman.

Gayle enjoyed being a wife, homemaker and raising her children. She also liked to read, work puzzles and she enjoyed sewing. In her free time, she liked to watch "cooking" shows on TV. Gayle loved her dog, "Squirrel" who was her companion and also enjoyed visiting with her friends. She was a member of the Independence Baptist Church.
