Geraldine McDaniel Hahn, 73, of Brenham, passed away November 21, 2011 in St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Friday, November 25, 2011 in St. Mary''s Catholic Church in Brenham, with Father David Ivey, Officiant. Burial will be in Prairie Lea Cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives Thursday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Jeri was born April 17, 1938 in Turkey Creek, Louisiana to Leonard and Pearl Launey McDaniel. Me-Me was loved by all and treasured time spent with her family and friends. She had a special place in her heart for all her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In the 1990''s, she was an avid golfer, playing in tournaments with her soulmate, Jimmie Hahn, Jr., as well as with the ladies from the BCC. She had many golfing buddies across Texas. After she put up her clubs, Jeri and Jimmie found time to slip away for an occasional gambling trip to Louisiana. She will be missed by all. The loving advice she shared with her family will always be remembered, as will her wit and sense of humor. Survivors include the love of her life, Jimmie Hahn, Jr.; sons and daughters-in-law: Anthony and Tracy McNicoll, Philip and Lois McNicoll, John and Kayrn McNicoll; daughters Lisa Dreyer and Mary Blacklock; grandchildren: Jennifer Stewart, Amanda Dreyer, Blake McNicoll, Justin Bilski, Andrea Dreyer, Daniel McNicoll, Jacob McNicoll, Heather McNicoll, Makenna Blacklock, Meagan McNicoll, Marshall McNicoll, and Rachel McNicholl; great-grandchildren: Cole Stewart, Elijah, Tena, and McKenzie McNicoll, and a brother, Robert McDaniel. Preceding her in death was her mother, Pearl McDaniel, father, Leonard McDaniel, and siblings Curlie McCormick, Curtis McDaniel, Melva Gaudin, and Roy McDaniel. Serving as pallbearers are Blake McNicoll, Daniel McNicoll, Jacob McNicoll, Bobby Stewart, Steve Bilski, and Bobby Tena. Barbara Whitfield and Barbara Pribilski will be considered honorary pallbearers. Memorials may be directed to St. Mary''s Catholic Church.
