Gloria Cate

Mrs. Gloria Sue Cate, age 83 of Kingwood Texas passed away on Thursday June 19th 2014. Funeral services will be held at Forest Park Lawndale in Houston on Saturday June 21st at 1 pm. Grave side services will be officiated by Pastor Glen Schoenenberg. Gloria was born in Shreveport Louisiana on Nov 8th 1930. The daughter of the late Word and Lillian Whitehead. She met the love of her life, Thomas Stuart Cate while attending TCU. They married in 1951 and spent 48 wonderful years together until his passing in 1999. Together they raised a wonderful family of two sons and a daughter. They were passionate about spending quality time with their family and traveling overseas together. She will be dearly missed by her three children Cathy Sterman, Randy Cate and Kelly Cate. The grandchildren: Shawn Sterman, Ryan Sterman, Zachary Cate, Brianne Cate, Aaron Cate, Brandon Cate and one great grandson Cameron Sterman.
