Harold Eickenhorst, 69, passed away May 19, 2014 in Rockdale. Graveside services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Prairie Lea Cemetery. Pastor Jill Vivroux will officiate. Harold Eickenhorst was born January 17, 1945 in the Sandy Hill Community of Washington County to Ben and Laura Loesch Eickenhorst. He was employed as a floor and tile installer in the Brenham area. Survivors include his sister, Gladys Roemer of Carmine; brothers and sisters-in-law Glen and Rose Eickenhorst, and Johnnie and Elois Eickenhorst of Brenham; sister-in-law Loyce Murry of Brenham, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, sister, nephew, niece and two brothers-in-law. Serving as pallbearers are Tim Murski, Larry Eickenhorst, Mark Eickenhorst, Randy Klausmeyer, Duane Ahrens, and Kenneth Schiller.
