She was baptized and later confirmed at Friedens''s Evangelical and Reformed Church of Gay Hill, and received her education in the Live Oak Hill, Mound Hill and Rocky Hill schools. On May 27, 1950 she married the love of her life, Herman Dallmeyer at Frieden''s Evangelical and Reformed Church. The family later joined Bethlehem Lutheran Church of William Penn. Hattie was a very active lady, a devoted mother and wife, lovingly caring for her family. She loved working with animals on her farm, having been an excellent horsewoman in her younger years. It was well known that she could rope and ride with the best of her brothers. Growing things was a passion: flowers, vegetables, or fruit trees, all received tender attention from Hattie. She was often seen by friends and neighbors gathering and harvesting pecans from the trees near her home. Fishing was a favorite pastime, and she taught her children and grandchildren the "right" way to fish, as she would say. Her faith in the Lord was strong, and she made sure her family was guided by the same devotion to her Lord. Survivors include sons Alfred Dallmeyer of Marlin, David Dallmeyer of Brenham, and son and daughter-in-law Troy Dale and Laurie Dallmeyer Tobyhanna, PA.; daughters Esther Rosenbaum, and Hattie Marie Lampe and husband Donald Lee, all of Brenham, Martha Stowe and husband Billy of North Zulch; a sister, Annie Malkey of Rehburg; grandchildren: Allen Rosenbaum and wife Melanie, Amy Hernandez and husband Carlos, Jaime Heard and husband Sandy Jr., Kevin Lampe, Brandy Interiano, Jessica Lampe, Jaclyn Stowe, Billye Jo Stowe and Michael Dallmeyer, great-grandchildren; Daysja Rosenbaum, Devyn Hood, Addison Rosenbaum, Isabel Rosenbaum, Destiny Interiano, Connor Hernandez and Carson Hernandez; step-grandchildren Michelle Gonzales, June Maloney, and Frances Hensley, and step-great-grandchilden are Coleman Navanjo, Diego Gonzales, Tabytha, Alyzah, Seretta and Noel Manuel.
