Helen Schulte

Helen L. Schulte of Houston died May 22, 2005, in West Houston Medical Center. Mrs. Schulte was born in Brenham, Texas, to Ben and Martha Kramer Look. She was baptized and confirmed in St. Paul s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Brenham. She was a graduate of Brenham High School. On July 3, 1942, she was married to Otto J.F. Schulte in Houston. She was active in civic and school organizations. Mrs. Schulte was a retired executive secretary of the Charolais Breeders Association. Survivors include her husband, Otto J.F. Schulte of Houston; two daughters and a son-in-law, Cindy and Kenneth Kubicek of East Bernard and Connie Hill of Houston; two grandchildren, Kaylan Kubicek and Justin Kubicek; one great-grandson, Carson Patrick Kubicek; and one sister, Evelyn Hill of Houston. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, G.D. Sonny Look and Ben Look. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, in Memorial Oaks Chapel with Pastor Lawrence Bade officiating. Burial will be in Prairie Lea Cemetery in Brenham. Pallbearers will be Gary Look, Kenneth Kubicek, Justin Kubicek, Andrew Biar, Jim Davis and Jim Klopsteck. Memorials may be given to your favorite charity. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., in Brenham.
