Jeanette Kraker

Jeanette Wagner Kraker of Livingston, Texas passed away on February 1, 2025 at the age of 79.

She was born on June 26, 1945 in Brenham, Texas to Henry and Esther Niemeyer Wagner and was baptized on July 29, 1945. Her confirmation date was March 22, 1959.

Jeanette graduated from Brenham High School in 1963 and prior to her retirement she was the manager at a convenience store/gas station and also a Bank Teller Manager. 

Preceding Jeanette in death were her husband, Ronald Kraker; parents, Henry and Esther Wagner; infant brother (stillborn); brother and sisters-in-law, Harold “Bubba” and Doris Wagner and Doris Wagner; sister and brother-in-law, Darlene Jane and Ocie Helmer; niece, Krystal Weatherly; nephew, Russell Helmer and great-niece, Angelita Chavelas. 

Survivors include her husband, Barry Kraker; son, Steve Kraker and special friend Jeff Lawhon; daughter and son-in-law Vicki and Tres Smith and grandchildren, Kayleigh and Loren Earl and Tanner Smith. She is also survived by her brothers and sister-in-law, Vernon and Judy Wagner and Arvin Wagner and sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Robert Fairlie.

Graveside services for Jeanette Kraker will be on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. at Prairie Lea Cemetery, Brenham, Texas.

Serving as pallbearers will be David Schwartz, Michael Wagner, Brian Wagner, Jason Wagner, Zach Wagner, John Wessinger and Dirk Weatherly.
