Jeraldyne Lehde Weisler, 64, of Brenham, died January 12, 2004, at her home.

Jerry was born on October 29, 1939, in Houston, Texas, the only child of Helmus Daniel and Nola Balke Lehde. She was baptized December 17, 1939 and was confirmed March 29, 1953, at Zion Lutheran Church in Houston, Texas. Jerry graduated from Texas Lutheran University in 1961.

On October 29, 1968, she married Julian E. Weisler II in St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Sandy Hill.

She was preceded in death by her father, Helmus Daniel Lehde.

Survivors include her husband, Julian E. Weisler II; two daughters and sons-in-law, Christina Weisler Hunt and husband Martin and Caryn Weisler Jones and husband, Christopher, all of Houston; one grandson, Julian Daniel Jones of Houston; her mother, Nola Balke Lehde of Brenham; and aunts, Mouci Mueller of Brookshire and Mary Balke of Baytown.

Pallbearers will be William J. Betts Jr., Paul Ehlert, Edwin Zieschang, Rev. Kenneth Moerbe, Robert Hoffman and Dr. Henry J. Boehm Jr.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ruth LeDoux, Janie Mehrens, Lenora Zieschang, Gloria Dietz, Rosa Lee Fuchs, Barbara Wahrmund, Sudie Stark, Shirene Kocian, Barbara Lange, Nynvia Mills, Ann Blades, Carl and Mary Amburn, Rev. Nancy Fischer, Cozette McGaugh and Betty McCarty.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Brazos Valley, 705 S. Austin, Brenham, TX 77833 and St. Paul s Christian Day School, 305 W. Third St., Brenham, TX 77833.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, January 13 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel.

The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 14 in St. Paul s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Brenham with Pastor Lawrence Bade and Pastor Kim Little-Brooks officiating. Burial will be in the Prairie Lea Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., in Brenham.
