Many will remember his sweet heart and his loving ways. Many will remember there always seemed to be a "party" wherever he was. His fondest and happiest memories were of his friends in High School and Spring Break at Port Aransas, Texas. He was a "man''s kind of man" and football, hunting and fishing were close to his heart. If anyone knew John David for even a short time, they would know he loved to give. In lieu of flowers we are asking that a donation in his name be given to Bay Area Recovery Center. He was "restored" there in the past and is still remembered by many that work there. The Center is funded by private donations to guard their Christian Faith based teachings in their efforts in treating men and women with alcoholism. He would want this for if he could just help one person then his death would not be in vain. Please send donations to: Bay Area Recovery Center, 4316 Washington St., Dickinson, TX. 77539. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home , on Saturday, August 11th , at 11:00 located at 1306 West Main, Brenham.
