Joyce Luedemann

Graveside services for Joyce Lorraine Honerkamp Luedemann, 81, wife of Albert Roy A.R. Luedemann, will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012 in Prairie Lea Cemetery, with Pastor Phil Fenton officiating. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Tuesday evening at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Joyce passed away November 26, 2012 in Scott and White Hospital in Brenham. Born in Brenham on August 25, 1931, to John and Nellie Ganske Honerkamp, Joyce attended area schools, and was married A. R. Luedemann on August 14, 1955 in St. Paul Lutheran Church of Brenham by Pastor Theo. Streng. She was a homemaker, lovingly taking care of her family and her home. Survivors include her husband, A. R. Luedemann, son, Douglas Luedemann, and sister-in-law, Darlene Blondeau, all of Brenham; brother-in-law and sister-in-law O. L. and Lavonne Luedemann of North Zulch, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Joyce was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Bilbrey of Lake Jackson, her parents, John and Nellie Honerkamp, and a nephew, Lloyd Partridge of Galveston.
