Juanita Seilheimer, 91, the widow of Allen Seilheimer, died Nov. 18, 2014, in Bryan. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Nov. 20, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Rehburg with Pastor Denise Seymour officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19 at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Mrs. Seilheiemer was born October 11, 1923 in the Rehburg Community of Washington County to August and Rosa Lee Wilkening Rosenbaum. She was baptized Dec. 9, 1926 by Rev. H. Weber, and confirmed Sept. 19, 1937 at St. Paul''s Lutheran Church of Rehburg by Rev. C. A. Lehne. She remained a member there until her death. On May 2, 1943, she was married to Allen Seilheimer, and they made their home in Brenham. Mrs. Seilheimer was an avid fisherman, and, if it were possible, would have fished each and every day. She loved to garden, and canned many vegetables for her family from the garden. She was also a skilled pitch player. Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Earl and Jannet Rosenbaum; sister and brother-in-law Mary and Joe Franklin; sisters-in-law Virgine Rosenbaum and Ella Mae Love, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, all of Brenham. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Allen on Sept. 25, 1999; son, Howard, who was killed in Viet Nam, and most recently, her son, Bobby, who lovingly took care of his mother until his death. She is also predeceased by four brothers and two sisters. Serving as pallbearers are Travis Rosenbaum, Raymond Rosenbaum, Jerry Herrmann, Glenn Earl Rosenbaum, Bruce Randermann, Gary Marburger, and Larry Rosenbaum.
