Julia Means, 83, of Brenham, died April 20, 2004, in Bluebonnet Hills Care Center in Brenham. Mrs. Means was born Jan. 8, 1921, in Brenham, to Joseph and Victoria Pribilski Przyborski. She was baptized and confirmed in St. Mary s Catholic Church in Brenham. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Ted and Barbara Zientek of Brenham and Billy and Shirley Zientek of Conroe; daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Marvin Wellmann of Brenham; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Liz Przyborski of Caldwell; sisters, Barbara Gardner and Gertie Nowak, both of Houston; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, one sister and one granddaughter. The funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 23 in St. Mary s Catholic Church in Brenham with Father Stephen Nesrsta, celebrant. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Brenham. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, April 22 in Memorial Oaks Chapel. Pallbearers will be Clay Zientek, Kenneth Zientek, Mark Wellmann, Ricky Wellmann, Michael Pohl, Barry Gold, Ed Nowak and Charlie Nowak. Memorials may be given to St. Mary s Catholic Church in Brenham. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W. Main St., Brenham.
