Keenan Wayne Hale, 55, died December 1, 2018 in Camp Wood, Texas as a result of an ATV accident.
Keenan Wayne Hale was born August 19, 1963 in Houston to Samuel E. and Laverne Koehn Hale. He grew up in Clear Lake City, and graduated from Jersey Village High School in 1982. Keenan was employed by the City of Brenham in the Sanitation Department.
A volunteer fireman for over 30 years in several departments, he served as fire chief in New Ulm for several years.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, December 9, 2018 at Harmonie Hall in Shelby.
Survivors include his parents, Samuel and Laverne Hale of Brenham; brother Monte Hale (Jessica) of North Carolina,; sisters Tanya Skarpa (Alan) and Holly Perry (Don); four nieces and nephews, and long-time girlfriend, Angeline Howard and her children, Bridget and Dustin (Katelyn).
