Lillian Miller

Lillian Miller, 78, of Brenham, died June 26, 2007, at Bluebonnet Hills Care Center in Brenham. Mrs. Miller was born Dec. 5, 1928, in Brenham, Texas, to Fritz and Ida Albrecht Schroeder. She was baptized in St. Paul s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Brenham and attended Washington County schools. On May 17, 1947, she was married to Herbert J. Miller in St. Mary s Catholic Church in Brenham. Mrs. Miller was a homemaker and was a member of St. Paul s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Brenham. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Miller of Brenham; sister-in-law, Mattie Miller of Flatonia; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Herbert J. Miller, on July 3, 1998; one brother; and two sisters. Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. today at Memorial Oaks Chapel The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 29 at Memorial Oaks Chapel with Pastor Lawrence Bade officiating. Burial will be in Prairie Lea Cemetery in Brenham. Memorials may be given to St. Paul s Evangelical Lutheran Church of Brenham or Hospice Brenham.
