Lillie Krupka

Lillie Lueck Stremmel Krupka, 102, of Brenham, died January 6, 2015 at Gazebo Terrace Skilled Care and Rehab. A graveside service will take place at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 9, 2015 at Prairie Lea Cemetery. Pastor Phil Fenton will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:30 until 7:00 Thursday evening at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Mrs. Krupka was born August 13, 1912 in the Gay Hill Community of Washington County to Herman and Martha Hold Lueck. After completing her high school education, she lovingly took care of her family as a homemaker. Survivors include her sister, Ella Tegeler; nephew, LeRoy Tegeler and wife Lottie; great-nephew Carl Tegeler and wife Sarah, and great-niece, Dana Tegeler. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Martha Lueck; her first husband, Alvin H. Stremmel, second husband, Vincent Krupka, and a brother-in-law, LeRoy Tegeler, Sr. Memorials may be directed to St. Paul''s Evangelical Lutheran Church Building Fund.
