Lori Evans

Lori Ann Evans passed away on March 22, 2016 in Houston, Texas. She was born on June 8, l970 in Houston and resided for more than 35 years at the Brenham State Supported Living Center in Brenham, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank A. Evans.
Lori enjoyed people watching, being outside on the patio in the sun and playing on the swings, music and dancing, watching cartoons and comedies on TV, and community outings (especially eating at Casa Ole).
Lori was happy with a smile and a sense of humor. We were blessed to have had Lori in our lives and will miss her greatly.
Lori is survived by her step-mother Barbara Evans; aunt Sharon Gail Thompson and husband Charlie; brother Frank Evans, Jr.; uncle Marvin Wells; cousins Nathan Thompson, Leslie Thompson and Sylvia Briley; and many friends at the Brenham State Supported Living Center.
The family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all the caregivers at BSSLC for their loving care of Lori.
Visitation will be at 9:00 a.m. and the funeral at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 28, both at Lillian A. Wilder Memorial Chapel at Brenham State Supported Living Center, 4001 Texas 36 South, Brenham, Texas 77833.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Lori's name to the Volunteer Services Council for Brenham State Supported Living Center either by check payable to Volunteer Services Council and mailed to Brenham State Supported Living Center, Attention: VSC, 4001 Hwy. 36 South, Brenham, TX 77833, or credit card by phone at 979-277-1507.
