Lucy Marks

Lucy Adams Marks, 73, of Brenham, passed away December 17, 2008 in Memorial Hermann Hospital in Katy. Mrs. Marks, widow of Ricky Marks, was born May 6, 1935 in Poughkeepsie, New York to Mike Adams and Dinah Marks. On April 25, 1962, she was married to Ricky Marks. Mrs. Marks was a homemaker. Survivors include sons Ricky Marks and Paul N. Marks, both of Old Ocean, Texas; daughters Diane Marks of Brenham, and Loretta Marks of Sealy, as well as five grandchildren. Funeral services for Lucy Adams Marks will be held Friday, December 19, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary''s Catholic Church with Father David Ivey officiating. Burial will take place in Forest Park Lawndale in Houston. A rosary will be held Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel.
