Lynette Regina Mueller, 83, died December 26, 2017 in Bryan.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Friday, December 29, 2017 at St. Paul Lutheran Church of Shelby. Pastor David Tinker will officiate, with burial to follow in the Shelby Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Oaks Chapel.
Lynette Mueller was born January 9, 1934 in Shelby to Bruno and Laura Meischen Ehrigson. After completing her education, On October 25, 1952, she married Kenney Mueller at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, and enjoyed 65 years of marriage. She was a wife and homemaker.
Later, she was employed as a cafeteria supervisor for Spring Branch I.S.D. A member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Shelby, Lynette enjoyed traveling, dancing, and watching the Astros. Lynette was devoted to her family. She enjoyed trips to Louisiana for “games of chance”, and always accompanied her husband to take care of the cattle. She was a member of the Sons of Herman, Harmonie Hall, and Latium V.F.D.
Survivors include her husband, Kenney Mueller; sons and daughters-in-law Darrell and Betty Mueller, Donald and Tawana Mueller; daughters Patricia Martin, and Laura Russell and husband John; grandchildren: Marisa, Megan, James, Matthew, Ryan, Derek, Jason, Kailey, and Jacob. Also surviving are twelve great-grandchildren.
Lynette was predeceased by her parents, Bruno and Laura Ehrigson, and a brother, Vernon Ehrigson.
