Lynn Hamende

Lynn David Hamende, 64, husband of Janet Hamende, died Saturday, December 14, 2019 in Brenham. Lynn was born January 10, 1955 in Kankakee, IL to Russell and Martha Hamende. On Nov. 5, 2015, he married Janet Allison.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Hamende of Brenham; sons: Curtis Hamende and Aaron Hamende, both of Watseka, IL; step-daughters: Liana Robinson and husband, Brian of Austin, TX, Megan Hartvickson and husband, Lee of Mineola, TX, Heidi Richardson and husband, Chris of Herndon, VA; mother, Martha Hamende of Washington, MO; brothers: Russ Hamende and Bruce Hamende and wife, Joyce; sisters: Sheila Newman, Martie Hamende; 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his first wife, Karen Leaver and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Lynn is preceded in death by his father, Russell Hamende, one sister, Cheryl Hamende and one brother, Allen Hamende.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
