Mary Henderson

Mary Idell Henderson, 48, of Brenham, died May 28, 2009. Miss Henderson was born December 6, 1960, in San Antonio, Texas, to James H. Sr. and Mary Idell Pherigo Henderson. Survivors include her brothers and sister-in-law, Jim Henderson, Jr. of Brenham, Daniel and Victoria Henderson of Baileyton, Alabama and Michael Henderson of San Antonio; sisters and brothers-in-law, Marilyn and Larry Earls, Sr. of Brenham, Peggy and Jeff Butler of Richmond and Martha and Jim Miller of Little Elm; and uncles and aunt, Charles M. Henderson of Lancaster and Don and Marietta Pherigo of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Miss Henderson was preceded in death by her parents. A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 30 at Memorial Oaks Chapel and will be followed by visitation until 12:30 p.m. The funeral Mass will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 30 at St. Mary''s Catholic Church in Brenham with Father David Ivey, celebrant. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Brenham. Pallbearers will be Larry Earls, Sr., Craig Nelson, Sr., Jim Miller, Jeff Butler, Craig Nelson, Jr. and Chase Nelson. Special thanks go to the Washington County EMS, Trinity Medical Center ER, St. Joseph Regional Health Center ER and Oncology Unit, and Brazos Valley Hospice. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan.
