Maryann Driver

Maryann Elizabeth Stockton Driver, 85, wife of Bennie Driver, passed away December 16, 2010 in Brenham. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ann s Catholic Church in Somerville. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday in Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston. The family will receive friends and relatives Monday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel in Brenham. Maryann was born December 31, 1924 in Peoria, Illinois to Clarence and Francis Cox Neuhoff. On March 31, 1973, she was married to Bennie Driver in Houston. She was employed as a secretary for American General Life Insurance Co. Survivors include her husband, Bennie Driver of Brenham; sons and daughters-in-law Terry and Peggy Stockton of Houston, Larry and Linda Stockton of Seguin, and Jimmy and Peggy Stockton of Cypress; step-daughter Joyce Wyatt of Brenham, and Janice Negrete of Humble; brother Jim Neuhoff of Arizona; sisters Barbara Siml of Colorado and Virginia Ortiz of New Braunsfels. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers are Jimmy Stockton, Terry Stockton, Larry Stockton, Michael Stockton, Chris Stockton, and Mark Wyatt.
