Mildred Louise Moehlmann, 82, wife of Freddie Moehlmann, died September 7, 2013 at the residence of her son. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at St. Matthew Lutheran Church of Sandy Hill, with Pastor Kris Brower officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. at Memorial Oaks Chapel. Mildred Moehlmann was born August 28, 1931 in the Phillipsburg community to Louis Henry and Ida Kohring Grimm. She was confirmed in 1946 in Prairie Hill. On Dec. 9, 1951, Mildred was married to Freddie Moehlmann at St. John Lutheran Church of Prairie Hill by Pastor Paul Goglin. She was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church of Sandy Hill, and lovingly took care of her family as a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Freddie Moehlmann of Brenham; sons Delphine Moehlmann and Darrell Moehlmann of Brenham and Dale Fred Moehlmann and wife Sharon of Round Top; daughter and son-in-law Darlene and Ray Butler; grandchildren: Jaime and Brian Loos, Dale Allen and Jessica Moehlmann, Blake Moehlmann, and Stephanie Moehlmann, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Herbert and Ida Jean Mantey, brother-in-law Darvin Mantey. as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, parents-in-law, three brothers, four sisters, three nieces, two nephews, one brother-in-law, and one sister-in-law. Serving as pallbearers are Blake Moehlmann, Mike Wagner, Jeff Grimm, Douglas Mantey, Marvin Mantey, and Ricky Mantey. Honorary pallbearers are Dale Allen Moehlmann and Brian Loos. Memorials may be directed to St. Matthew Lutheran Church of Sandy Hill or to Hospice Brazos Valley. Funeral arrangements for Mildred Louise Moehlmann are entrusted to Memorial Oaks Chapel, 1306 W.
