Mildred Ubernosky

Mildred Vaughn Ubernosky, 88, of Brenham, died September 12, 2010, in College Station Medical Center in College Station. Visitation with the family will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 14 at Memorial Oaks Chapel. The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 15 at Zion Lutheran Church of Zionsville with Pastor David Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Ubernosky was born August 16, 1922 in Brenham, Texas to Otto C. and Erna Wehrmann Lange. She was a nurse''s aide at St. Jude Hospital in Brenham and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of Zionsville. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Bernice Vaughn, Jodie and Diane Vaughn and James and Karon Vaughn; stepdaughter, Dorothy Newsome; grandchildren, Debra Wellmann and Rocky, Belinda Vincent and husband Rod, Jason Vaughn and fiancée Monica, Laurie Noah and husband Sean, Tracie Perez, Hope Dallmeyer and husband Russell, Josh Vaughn and wife Katie, and Jason Dervojanek and fiancée Melinda; 13 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Gracy Lange; and nephew, Pastor Gary Lange and wife Loy. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Pierson Vaughn on June 15, 1964; her second husband, George Ubernosky; brother, Monroe Lange; sisters-in-law, Bernice Lange and Johanna Kelso; brother-in-law, Millard Vaughn. Pallbearers will be Josh Vaughn, Jason Vaughn, Jason Dervojanek, Rod Vincent, Rocky Rhodes, Sean Noah, Gary Lange and Russell Dallmeyer. Memorials may be given to Zion Lutheran Church of Zionsville.
