Minnie Robertson

Minnie J. Robertson, 87, passed away January 3, 2018 in Bryan.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 8, 2018 a Sample Cemetery in Chappell Hill.

Minnie J. Robertson was born January 29, 1930 in Galveston to Leslie and Tyree Morris Robertson. In 1943, Minnie joined St. John A.M.E. Church, served on the Usher Board, and was a member of the chir. She finished Chappell Hill High School in 1948.

Survivors include sons Kenneth Robertson of Brenham, and Ira Joe Newsom of Chappell Hill. Also surviving is her close friend, Glynne Luetge of Hempstead. Minnie was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Pendergraff, and her parents.
