Nova Estelle Duncan Matthies Born April 1, 1920 Died March 22, 2007 Loving wife of Chester M. Matthies Beloved mother of Carol John Gammage Nova passed away peacefully in the early hours of March 22 at Trinity Care Center after a 9-year battle with cancer. Our family wishes to thank the staff at Trinity Care Center, Brenham Hospice, AMA Home Health Care and caregiver Carlie Vetrano for the loving care shown her during the last days of her illness and subsequent death. In our sorrow we are once again reminded love knows not its own depths until the hour of parting . Memorials may be made to Bethany Christian Church, 307 Brazos St., Burton, TX 77835.
