Oscar Valdez

Oscar Valdez, age 45, passed away on July 30, 2021.

The visitation will be 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Memorial Oaks Chapel, with a rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, in Brenham, TX. with a  burial to  follow at Calvary Cemetery.

Oscar was born on February 24, 1976 to Lazaro and Bertha Valdez, and married his wife Maria Valdez on February 28, 1998.

He is survived by his wife, Maria; parents, Lazaro and Bertha Valdez; son, Oscar Valdez Jr.; daughters, Bertha Cristina, Melissa Marie and Emma Grace Valdez; brothers and sisters-in-law, Sergio and Amparo Valdez, Omar and Nikki Valdez; sisters and brothers-in-law, Cristina and Juan Villareal, Maria del Consuelo and Jose Bermudez, Francisca and Ricardo Gonzalez.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Lazaro Valdez, Jr. and, sister-in-law Etelvina Valdez.

Pallbearers are Omar Valdez, Sergio Valdez, Lazaro Valdez III, Leo Bermudez, Alex Bermudez, Erick Saffary, Eric Coronado and Pedro Flores.
